Alpine Elements still not giving refund

has has anyone managed to get a refund from Alpine Elements yet?  Our holiday cancelled March 2020 still not received one. We’ve been told we’ll receive it, originally by 31 July and now 31 January!

Why are you waiting so long to do anything about it ?
You've missed the boat on a chargeback, but a Section 75 Claim should go right in if you paid by credit card.

Awful company. Not only are they not giving legally entitled refunds, they're challenging the chargebacks as well.

This is a company with vast debts they're unable to repay. ABTA are bloody useless on this matter and, John Lewis Finance (credit card) are dragging their feet with the Section 75 claim.

All in all a bloody mess. The managing director Mr James Hardiman has created a new Ltd company since all this kicked off. No guesses why he's done that. Just wait, I envisage Alpine Elements going bust very soon.
