Replacement boiler
My boiler is 11 years old, leaks and stuggles with keeping the water hot. I am with EDF energy and spoke to the green team. I have a legal guaranteed tenancy agreement. Where by i am legaly able to maintain the property. EDF are saying i do not qualify. For a repacement boiler because i have a private landlord. I am asked to buy a new boiler for £1965.00 which i am unable to find anyone gone through anything like this

You are a tenant, but appear to have a full repairing lease arrangement? That is very unusual for a domestic property-is this a commercial or part-commercial property?
Can your LL apply for the boiler grant in his name?
If this is the ECO scheme, you need to be in receipt of a qualifying benefit, are you in that category?
