Typing letters using Sky Remote Control

Hi
I am trying to sign into Disney + app (got it free for six months with o2) on my smart TV. I have created an account on my mobile phone with a username and password. However it appears I have to download the Disney + app on my TV. When I go into the Disney+ app on my TV I am asked for my username and password. I know this may sound silly but I do not know how to type letters using my Sky remote control. Can anyone help please?

Use the arrow keys to move between the boxes you need to fill out. An onscreen keyboard should pop up. Use arrow keys and the ok/select button to choose the letters.Thats how it works on my tv anyhow1

Assuming your Sky remote control has numbers on it's keypad, if you press, for example, the "5" key more than once, it cycles through 5, J, j, K, k, L, l and then some ASCII characters.2
