Changing the days I work partime

I work part time Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturdays. My employer wants me back On FlexI furlough, but only 2 days a week Thursdays & Saturday. I’m not available for work every Thursday due to commitments. Can my employer make work Thursdays as they are saying I wouldn’t be furloughed if I didn’t agree.
As my furloughed days are as above Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday can they do this?
