HI All. good job I took this week off to do a few jobs here, because the pipe under the kitchen sink has rotted and pumped water all over the kitchen floor! so turned off the water, cleaned everything up, got a plumber coming out to fit new tap and pipes.£200! got all that sorted and then phone rings. insurance company telling me my house insurance premium is due! I said 'dont worry about that. I nearly had to phone you for a new kitchen floor'. any way everything seems ok and I dont need a new floor. calming down a bit now.
