lastminute.com still not offering cash refund

hello all

anyone else having issues trying to get a cash refund from lastminute.com?

We had a holiday booked in april worth £1800 and we've only been offered a voucher in return. We were told we could get a cash refund but so far, nothing. 

There's now no phone number on the website and the 'contact us' section just goes round in circles.  They've also classified our issue as 'refunded' because they offered a voucher.

Anyone have any luck getting a cash refund??

No I am waiting for a refund for flights in May. They offered vouchers or an airline refund minus their fee for each of the flights. It's just showing pending airline refund now.

I received an email for one of my cancelled flights from LM after a long chase. Am offered a refund voucher, travel credit or airline refund
 Been in contact with airline and they will only refund voucher. I want cash refund and is there a way to get that?

Not legal advice but try phoning the hotel directly. I did the same once through a similar price comparison website. I was told I couldn't change the hotel booking by the website, but when I phoned the hotel directly they said it was fine they could move it I'd just need to pay any extra if the price was more.

How did you get on with this? I'm waiting on a refund for months now (no mention of a fee) and calling them hasn't achieved anything so far.

Hi I'm still waiting for a cash refund after flybe went bust. I did get a couple of e mails from Lastminute.com the last one in April saying if I want a cash refund or pay on my credit card then I would have to wait sti waiting. Have even hand written a letter to their london head office nothing so far and that was about a month ago absolute disgrace it's about 350 and I ca t afford to loose that.

Ever heard of a chargeback ? , you have probably missed the boat now.
If you couldn't afford to lose the money why have you done nothing effective for 6 months.
