How Bad Are Wren Kitchens

Is anyone else suffering from delivery problems from Wren?
This will be the 4th week we do not have the full kitchen we ordered back in July, customer services are useless and no one seems to care. The latest issue, after 3 deliveries I had to drive 55 miles each way to collect a unit from a delivery truck.
Why do they ship incomplete kitchens without any notice.
They sell you the dream but supply a nightmare!

I'm sure you'll find plenty of bedfellows on the vent board. There's also a fairly recent thread on this board.

Wren's reputation is so dire that I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole, no matter how pretty their kitchens look. IMHO the company has expanded too fast without getting the basics (ie the supply and logistics side of things) in apple pie order.
No man is worth crawling on this earth.

So much to read, so little time.
  • I would suggest Wren google 'customer service' as I dont really think they knows what it means.
Maybe their customer service team have a sales target as they seem to try get more money from you for parts that were missing or damaged?
I would think their business model works on the fact that you'll probably only buy a kitchen once in your life so get the cash off you and if there are any problems just ignore you.
They are a horrible company to deal with.

My sister had a kitchen fitted no problem by them.  A friend had a drama that took about a year to solve.  You takes your chances...

As I see it OP there is good news and bad news. The bad is you are already commited to Wren so will just have to tough it out and try to make the best of it. The good news is Wren have a lot of customers so probably have plenty of happy customers, from what I understand the quality of a Wren kitchen is towards the higher end of the 'mainstream' offerings, your problems with Wren may be exacerbated by covid so shopping elsewhere might not have been any better and finally you've found a great place to get advice on home improvements so can ask here before your next big spend.
