PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. By not accepting an offer for a few weeks you risk losing the buyer.
I recently gave someone my highest offer for their house and it was turned down. A couple of weeks later they came back to say they would now accept it but I had already found somewhere else. They still haven't sold0 -
It's unlikely you will have enough similar offers at the same time to make this sort of approach worthwhile.0

It sounds like you want the best price for your property, taking into account speed and ease of sale. This is what practically every house seller wants. You don't need to reinvent how to sell a house.
