Disclosing bids on a house sale. Legal?

    By not accepting an offer for a few weeks you risk losing the buyer.
    I recently gave someone my highest offer for their house and it was turned down. A couple of weeks later they came back to say they would now accept it but I had already found somewhere else. They still haven't sold

    It's unlikely you will have enough similar offers at the same time to make this sort of approach worthwhile.
