And FYI I am just leaving OTM due to the end of their fix. Moving to Orbit to save 12.5% pa. Variable so I will be wary. OTM were faultless apart from being a tiny bit slow in refunding me when I got nearly 3 months payments in credit (due to kids moving out!). Comms otherwise have been excellent even during the switch away. I have yet to find any company as bad as Scottish Power for appalling service. From start to finish, and beyond they excelled at incompetence and silence!!

I was happy with OFTM for 3 years or so, but left them late last year for Green Energy Network for ~£50/yr saving. GEN then went bust (it wasn't my fault, I promise). I'll seriously consider switching back to OFTM once EDF sort out my current account etc. (In hindsight, I should have stuck with OFTM!)netloser said:And FYI I am just leaving OTM due to the end of their fix.
