Billing errors EDF

Hi,
I am having problems with EDF.
They have been billing me for Gas using imperial units then applying a multiplier of 2.83 to convert to metric. But I have a metric meter so they shouldn't be doing this.
I wonder if this is a problem for more customers....

It happens - have you been in touch with Edf ? Send them the serial number of your meter and the readings that ae on the sticker.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
