Nestle buyout of Aimmune Therapeutics - How should I play it?

So I have a few Aimmune Therapeutics shares, and this is the first time any company I hold has been bought out.
A few people on the YF message board ( https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AIMT/community?p=AIMT ) are suggesting that because of the high number of shorted shares (around 40%) and also perhaps the possibility of a counter offer (not sure who/where that might come from, so I'm not convinced here), the share price may well go above the $34.50 that Nestle has offered.
I want to sell all my stock today, but does anyone think $50+ could be possible? Or should I just settle for around $34.50, which would be break even for me.

Well it doesn't look like the share price is heading much over $34.20, so I guess I will just get my money back!
