There are many many threads on this. If the flight operates there is no refund due. Some airlines have cancelled flights, some are allowing vouchers...Ryanair are not.
Did you have an annual travel insurance policy in place prior to mid March? if so it is worth checking the policy details. Given that you booked at the height of the global pandemic (I assume you hoped it would all be over by November) it is unlikely any insurance taken at time of booking would cover this.
If no insurance in place and flight still operates, options would be to pay to change the flights or write off the £316.0
