Bingos Bongo - Getting a refund

Prior to covid I had paid £140 for 6 tickets to attend a Bongos Bingo event in my local city. The event was cancelled and I received an email stating their policy was to give me a credit of £140 to use when the next event became a possibility. Clearly this may not happen anytime soon and I would prefer to have the money back. I have emailed them and they have not replied. Where do I stand with this? Many thanks

There’s definitely been one in Newcastle; my cousin was there and posted pictures. There’s another one next week but it’s sold out. But yes, get in touch with your credit card provider and start a claim with them.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.201

Has anyone managed to get a refund from bongos bingo, they are still refusing to give me one, saying they have put credit in my acc. I brought 17 tickets for my hen do in April which they cancelled. I need to give everyone their money back as who knows when we will be able to get married or go out. Help 😬0

Thank you! Unfortunately I paid on my debit card, I have contacted the bank am waiting to see if they can help at all. I just wondered if anyone had been successful 😁1

My bank said they couldn't help as it's past the 120 days they can claim on my debit card. They suggested a small claims court but I know bongos bingo changed their terms and conditions. Do you think this would work?0
