    Maybe you should have offered a voucher for future use, if these clients wanted to help you? You wanted to keep all the money and the clients whilst wanting to help, also wanted their money back.
  • If you use your private account for business (do your bank know you are as it breaks their T&Cs), then this is what will happen. if you didn't want it to happen you should have had a separate business account.
