Maybe you should have offered a voucher for future use, if these clients wanted to help you? You wanted to keep all the money and the clients whilst wanting to help, also wanted their money back.0

If you use your private account for business (do your bank know you are as it breaks their T&Cs), then this is what will happen. if you didn't want it to happen you should have had a separate business account.
