Hey! I recently won my Tribunal and got awarded both Enhanced Daily living & enhanced mobility. Does this mean I will get both payments so £62 & £89? This has been going on for nearly  2 years now and got told i will get back pay

You should do.... well done. The decision of the tribunal should replace the decision made by the DWP and apply from that date the originally made it... meaning you should in coming weeks expect significant back payments. There is possibility the DWP will appeal the tribunal decision on grounds of error in law but that is uncommon. Most likely just a waiting game for the money owed.

Yes, you'll receive payments for both. How much backpay you're owed and for how long will depend on the circumstances. Did you have an award before the Tribunal made a decision? Was this a first time PIP claim or a transfer from DLA? a PIP review?
  • This was the first pip claim i had, the assessor originally lied and didn't write half the things down i shown her (health reports) Had to send it all off and completely ignored it until tribunal where the judge & panel didn't even question me at all. Phone call lasted 8 minutes in total and basically told me that they're awarding me  12 points in each. I made the claim back in late 2018 and had to wait a full year just for tribunal but I'm so glad it's over with now
