    I have found in the past that I've priced for an extension for people who later decided to go for the cheaper option of a connie.
    I think for people who want one for this reason they are probably going to be disappointed with the end result.
    Also the builders may cut corners on the substructure if BC are not involved.
    However I know plenty of people who had them installed for the right reasons and really enjoy them.

    As I have the morning off and am done with domestics for the day I decided to transfer myself to the conservatory. 

    I am now in basking in gentle warmth of 27 degrees. That tells me summer is well and truly over, better enjoy my glasshouse whilst I can.
    No man is worth crawling on this earth.
