Santander No Fee 0% BT Offer - Don't be discouraged by the MSE Eligibility Checker.

    Thanks for the heads up. I've just saved myself several thousand pounds by following your advice.

    I have some 0% BT cards coming to the end of the 0% period so have been looking around. According to the MSE checker & Credit Karma & Experian I had 0% chance of any 0% BT card. I went to the Santander website & checked their eligibility calculator & got the message "We’ve checked the information you gave us and you’re likely to be accepted for our Everyday No Balance Transfer Fee Credit Card with a credit limit of £15000."

    I subsequently applied & a shiny new 0% for 21 months BT
    card is now on its way. Best of all there is no transfer fee.

    As a follow up I checked eligibility directly on the HSBC website & now have a card with £9,000 credit limit & 0% balance transfer until September 2024.
