hi my flight with easyjet was canceled so I thought I would do the decent thing and accept a voucher as I will book again for next year no voucher arrived and they released the flights but no vou her so I paid by credit card as they are cheep .put a claim in for a refund on my original flights and then 7 weeks later recieved a email with a voucher and was told I'm not entitled to a refund this was not in the small print when opting for a voucher is this legal as the voucher is of no use to me now as it took well over the 30 days to reach me
Thanks
Thanks

Seems to be the general way, if you accept a voucher you don't get a refund. I don't know why it took 30 days to get a voucher to you - perhaps that is the norm also? Not sure, but I don't think I would have booked flights knowing I was due a voucher except if, as you say, they were so cheap you couldn't refuse. Perhaps you can book another short break away somewhere with the vouchers?1
