ummm... My own boiler is on the blink... first available date for a repair chappie to have a look is a weeks time , then I expect another week for the parts to come in then possibly another week to fit me in ..sounds like you are being well looked after...can the agent give me the name of their repair man ?????2

Looks like it's being attended to, rant is fine, but have realistic expectations
My elderly parents had no hot water for 6 weeks before getting the boiler replaced, they were owner occupiers. Who could they complain to? It's the parts and/or tradesman availability that is the bottle neck"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

What has the council got to do with this? There is no action that they are capable of taking. There are still facilities to generate hot water and there is absolutely no health risk.0
