Balance transfer to cancelled credit card account!

Hi all,
last week I accidentally requested a balance transfer off the wrong credit card account. (Entered the wrong details of credit card) The balance transfer was successful on a credit card account that is no longer open!

I’m having issues with the card that is in credit being re opened to sort out the issue!
Does anyone have advice on this? The card account I transferred to have said the balance transfer should of never gone through as the account was closed!
Please any advice would be great!
I am currently sat with a closed account with 3,000 worth of credit on it and 2 credit cards in 3000 worth of debt!
