How do I view nsandi 'Pending transactions'?

I want to check a deposit made yesterday by debit card to my Income Bonds a/c and the nsandi website says if the deposit doesn't show to check 'Pending transactions' but I can't see that option anywhere, just 'Transaction history' and buttons for changing details, paying money in and out, paperless documents, print, and download summary box and brochure

    Usually it shows under transaction history if there are any pending transactions.  I know credits made between 27th and 5th month do not usually show for a few days as they are working on interest payments. Keep checking.

    But isn't there a permanent button/section for 'Pending transactions' anyway as site suggests, and if there weren't any then it would just say 'none' ? I can't believe a 'Pending transactions' button/section suddenly appears only when there is a pending transaction! Tried chat about 30 times now and it's always all our agents are busy

    Well I have to say, I too wanted to ask that question as I could not find any sign of pending transactions!
    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    This is what it looks like:
    I do actually have a pending transaction at the moment (dated 27/08/2020) and that pending transaction appeared immediately upon making the debit card transaction, but I didn't think the section disappears when there are none - perhaps it does.

    As far as I can tell from my own experience, the pending transactions heading is dynamic, i.e. only shows if you have pending transactions.

    Debit card deposits will either show under pending, or in the actual transaction list. If they show in the transaction list, they may or may not yet have cleared. You can work out from the available balance whether they have cleared or not.
