Help on holiday travel republic

Hi im have trouble contacting Travel republic i have tried writing, emailing them raised cutomer support questions to resolve my problem but no response, have been trying to canel my holiday since may and its now nearing the cut off time to cancel and im really concerned now i will loose all the money, the remainder of the payment is due in 11 sept 2020 i dont want to go due to C19 & friend i was going with is on funerable list due to her health is anyone able to help?I believe we are not the only people having problems with TR ?

Is there actually a cut off time to cancel, or is it just when the next payment is due? 
If the latter, you may be responsible for the majority of the cost of the holiday anyway if it's non-refundable. 

I'd contact your insurance company to see if they can help you with a claim; you may not be eligible for any refund / cancellation from TR.

Where are you due to travel and when?
Is it a package holiday, hotel only booking, flight only booking?
How did you pay, debit card, credit card?
