I had some missing hours, and i want to tell them about what missing hours i have but i wanna end the message politely, i am not sure if a simple "thank you" fit into message.
So i am open for ideas, thank you :)

Is the message a text, email, letter, note or...?

Did you miss the hours because you were ill, drunk or..?

'I look forward to hearing from you' ?  Although that might be total BS!

Tailor to exactly whats happened but something like...

    MyLineManager
I have received by payslip dated 28 August 2020 which states that I have been paid for X hours. During this period however I believe that I had worked Y hours over the following shifts:
    24/8 - 09:00 to 17:00 - 7 hours
    25/8 - 09:00 to 16:00 - 6 hours
    etc
It would be appreciated if you could review the matter for me as it appears I may have been underpaid by Y hours.

    Kind regards

Could be worth double checking cut off dates etc  for payday as back in my hourly rate days some places had really complex rules about when basic salary, overtime and commissions were paid up until in each payslip

I'd say in a text, there's less need for the 'fluff' than in an email, which needs less 'fluff' than a formal letter.

So a text, I'd dive straight in, MAYBE with a 'hi boss' but not always that, and finish 'thanks' or similar

an email would usually have a 'hi boss', and finish with All the best or that Kind regards nonsense.

A letter would be 'dear boss' and would finish Yours Sincerely
