running armoured cable to shed - connection?

I agree about using an electrician.
I can do basic electrics but I wouldn't like to attempt thick armoured cable.
When I needed a 13 meter run of outside armoured cable to go from the house under paving that was about to be installed to a new summer house I bought the cable, laid it loosely for the landscape gardeners to bury in the soil before the paving slabs were laid with the ends protruding where needed.
I got an electrician in to finish off the job of connecting the ends as required. He supplied the necessary sockets and charged a very reasonable price and did a very good job. He had previously told me what armoured cable to buy.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".1
