Credit Card with £0 do I try extend the 0% or close and reopen later?

Hi all,
I got a 0% credit card in September but was only offered a £800 limit for 8 months. This is now at a £0 balance from paying it off but I assume the credit interest is now over the 0%, My question is that as we are getting married next year I know I want a 0% credit card for around that time should I;
1) Close the account now and wait until next year then apply for a new one
2) Keep it and put a balance on it then apply for a balance transfer
3) leave it open and see if they will increase the limit & extend the 0%?

Sorry if this has been asked before I just can't find the answer!

Thank you
