Is it too late to move to Spain?

I know once we officially leave the EU on 31st December 2020 free movement will cease, but what if I just travelled to Spain tomorrow? Can I get residency and start living there because I'll be included in the withdrawal agreement?
Also do I actually need an fixed abode to claim residency? The reason I ask is because for the first few months I'll be cycling around Spain and won't actually have a fixed address so will be living out of a tent.

Even when officially taking up residency during the limited time while you still have EU citizenship there will be certain requirements. I cannot say for sure about Spain but one of them is extremely likely to be having a residential address which is verifiable, including a visit by municipal police or similar to check that you are actually living there.Evolution, not revolution0

Yes, you have to give your address in Spain when registering as a resident. However, it is possible to rent a flat for about Euro 200 per month so this should not be a major problem.

Does anyone know how personal income tax works in Spain? Would gains from a UK ISA still be free of tax if one were living there?
