I booked a trip to EuroDisney at Easter with Travel by Inspire. I had a £500 voucher from The Family Fund for my disabled child and contributed £530 myself.
I have been waiting since April for my refund. The Family Fund will not help me.
Travel by Inspire insist they haven’t had the refund from EuroDisney so can’t refund me!

It is common for third parties not to refund until they receive the refund back from the airline/hotel etc
You could contact EuroDisney and see if they will confirm if they have issued the refund to Travel by Inspire, if so when and if not, confirm the refund has been requested1
