Disney - New Mutants on Capital, August-September 2020

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Disney- New Mutants’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 28th August 2020 to Friday 4th  September 2020 on Capital (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/win register their details, and answer the question on the Disney- New Mutants competition page. 

4.    Online entry will open on Friday 28th August 2020 at 00:01 and close on Thursday 3rd September 2020 at 09:00. 

5.    One Winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries on Thursday 3rd September 2020 and contacted that day by a representative of the Capital Breakfast Show. 

6.    The Winner will be brought to air on the Capital Breakfast Show for a ‘winning moment’ and awarded the prize with presenters on Friday 4th September 2020 between 06:00 and 10:00.  

7.    The Winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) either live on air, or a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and then later played on-air.  

8.    If the Winner fails to answer a call, is driving at the time of the call and unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated, and their name will be back announced as the Winner in the Capital Breakfast Show between 06:00 and 10:00 on Friday 4th September 2020. This decision will be final and made by Global, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

10.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
