Presuming it just costs you for those things with no repairs, do you think that's going to appease a buyer?
If I knew the boiler was over 10 years old, or my surveyor mentioned it in the survey, the fact you had it serviced wouldn't make any difference to me. I would still be thinking I'd need to budget for a new boiler. Thought it with my current house but, touch wood, it's limping along still 3 years later.
A service only says it's fine up to the point it was done. It's not saying its working for the next year at least.
If the seller wants to pay for an inspection, it's up to you if you let them.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*1 -
