Is there any way to chase up PIP appeals?

I'm at the stage where I'm awaiting a date for tribunal for PIP appeal, but I've heard nothing since February and even then it was unclear what was happening. This is my second time applying after last time they completely lost my claim (no record of my applying, let alone medical assessments), so I'm really paranoid that it's been lost or something again. Plus I feel like I can't do anything, like look for a part time job, while this is in the air.

I can't use a telephone and I've no one who can call them for me, someone has mentioned emailing is an option - possibly emailing the courts instead of DWP, but I can't find any information on who to contact or find an email for them.
Can anyone help?

Tribunals are dealt with by the  Courts and Tribunals Service which is completely separate from DWP (that’s the point of a tribunal) so there is no point in contacting DWP.
Waiting times for tribunals were up to 12 months in some areas even before coronavirus.
Contact details for the service will be on the correspondence you have received from them.
I can only find phone numbers, not emails https://www.gov.uk/courts-tribunals/first-tier-tribunal-social-security-and-child-support?_ga=2.224136731.162354471.1598561383-583072489.1598561383
The fact you are waiting for a PIP decision should have no bearing on your ability to look for work if you are up to it.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

You can track your case online. It shows the stage it is at.

    From ours.

    Latest update

DWP has responded to your PIP appeal. They should have sent you a copy in the post. Read their response and send your comments to the tribunal, if you have any. A tribunal panel made up of a judge, doctor and disability expert will hold a hearing for your appeal. You have told us you do not want to attend so you will receive the decision in the post, after the hearing has taken place. Unfortunately we cannot say how long this will be but it could be several months.

I guess that may only be the case if the appeal was submitted online.
