Have you asked them? You are allowed to ask. You are also allowed to have a discussion about your workload and working times. Whether or not you have a contract.oceanneedsadvice said:Hi

Since Covid 19 they make me work only Saturdays Sunday’s and 2 week night evenings. I have children going back to school I asked if I can still work Saturday and 2 weekdays. They said no. They have many working week days. Why are they not letting me work week days to. Is this fair?
For some people, the new arrangements they have made for you wouldn't be convenient.
