Unidentified bank credits every month

My mother banks with Natwest, and has noticed that she has been receiving 2 credits to her account every month (for the last few years) which she knows nothing about. One is for about £62, the other is about £27. They are usually deposited on the 24th of the month, and have only a 17-character alphanumeric reference code to identify them - for example this month's references were H207M00A00FUNSGIB and H205N00A00FBNSGIB.
We have contacted Natwest to ask where these payments are originating, but they were unable to tell us.
My mother is not entitled to any state benefits other than her state pension, and she also receives one occupational pension which is identifiable elsewhere in her account.
Can anyone suggest where these payments might be coming from?

Could the "NSGIB" ending be National Savings Guaranteed Income Bonds? Doe she have any of these?4

They look like NS&I references. Given the "IB" at the end I would have guessed its Income Bond product but this always pays early in the month, not towards the end so if it is NS&I I guess it will be something different - what could the abbreviation "GIB' refer to in its product range? For your interest, my IB deposit reference this month is H034M00A08D3NSIB and in July it was G021N00A06UNNSIB.

There are numerous National Savings Guaranteed Income Bond Issues that are no longer available. The link below details these and some could very well pay a monthly income towards the end of every month.
Perhaps a 5 year income bond. For example £30,000 in Issue 47 @ 2.50% = £750 pa which is about £62 per month

That's it - she does have NS&I Guaranteed Income Bonds. Thanks!1

Just checked my NS&I Income Bond payment references and the first character indicates the month. 5th June is F, 5th July is G, 5th August is H.
It is pretty clear that the OP's references commencing H are NS&I interest payments in the month of August.
PS Posted before seeing @itm2's 10:02 post. Thanks for letting us know.0
