Bounce back loan from HSBC - 10 weeks and still no word...

Has anyone had major issues with not getting an answer from HSBC? I've been a customer with them for over 20 years, and I applied for a small bounce back on 15th June. I received the application ID via email that day, and snice then... nothing. I've called several times and it's always "you'll get the money this week", I've emailed a complaint to the CEO... I just can't seem to get this loan sorted. Does anyone know where I go from here?

Thanks for replying! No, I'm a sole trader and just have personal accounts. A business account isn't required by HSBC

But HSBC do require a feeder account. Have you completed the application for that yet? The BBL application is only done once you have passed the ID and credit checks and the feeder account has been set up.No free lunch, and no free laptop
