Confirmation from my conveyancer re. completion.

So I'm a FTB completing tomorrow, it's been a long road!
However after a a few emails and calls to my conveyancer today, he has yet to confirm what time he'll be sending funds over to the seller. Is there an average time for this or is it more, "whenever they clear"?

In theory it should happen at 12.00.In practice it depends* when the funds are received from the lender etc* how busy your solicitor is (everybody Completes on a Friday!)And remember, what matters to you is not when the funds are sent, but* when the seller's solicitor receives the £ (an hour later? 2?....)* when the seller's solicitor notices the £ is received (also busy as it's Friday)* when the seller's solicitor informs the keyholder that Completion has taken place and the keys can be released to youSo..... mid-day? 2 pm? 4 pm?...........
