    I'll very, very, happily name and shame the ones that made my last conveyancing experience a total shambles - John Hodge in Weston-super-Mare and Yatton branches.

    managed to complete in 6 weeks (1st July to 14th August). However, my flat purchase was around 14 weeks without a chain.
    Just keep phoning and emailing them.

    wasn't one of the firms that got shut down for fraud 2 weeks ago?

    Not sure it’s one of those firms as they are still exchanging/completing on properties according to the reviews online.  

    I was also advised that draft contracts should have been with me last week nevertheless, I’m still waiting patiently.....all this after the seller’s solicitor advised that they responded to the enquires 2 weeks ago.
