    Yes I passed it on to the housing association as its something I don't need to worry about.

    It's something to be worried about, or at least aware of, if you are actually billed per kWh of heat extracted, and not on a flat rate service charge fee.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    That would be something to be worried about, I thought you were referring to BG saying I had two electric meters, I know I haven't the second electric meter shouldn't be attached to my Flat number that would be linked to the housing association. I have never liked BG as a supplier for mistakes that have nothing to do with me. So as soon as I move in I will be changing over.
