Hi Vodafone have sent me to the debt collectors for a 'non paid ' bill. This should not have happened as subscription was cancelled with no fees. This is not my fault and now today after months has finally been sorted but will this affect my credit rating and score. Extremely unhappy

Lenders will view what is on your credit files, not your credit rating or score.
So you need to look at your files to avoid being unhappy.0 -
How do I do this please0

Do remember that your rating and score are A the same and B no one except you can see the score/rating.clemma said:Hi Vodafone have sent me to the debt collectors for a 'non paid ' bill. It’s with a Debt Collector they are just chasing for Vodafone.
If you believe you cancelled the contract properly you need to contact Vodafone complaints about it see what they’ll do0
