I sent a parcel via Hermes nine days ago and the tracking changes from ‘at our hub’ to ‘out for delivery’ and ‘at our hub’ again.
The eBay buyer, quite rightly, is chasing me. How long do I leave it until I refund her?
I have abandoned their phone line as i am continually in a queue.
i can’t even see how I put a claim in.
parcels are collected from my home due to mobility problems. Are there any other couriers who offer this service?

Do they have live chat? If so tht is better then hanging on the phone. Some companies react quite quickly to a message on Twitter which is public and harder to ignore. Might be worth trying.

Have you checked what the tracking on Ebay says? It normally for some reason gives a lot more information than tracking on My Hermes website. You need to contact them through their website. You have to defeat their AI assistant Holly but if you win it will send an e-mail to their customer services who have never failed to help me resolve a problem.1

They have Holly who is a digital assistant but It wasn’t working yesterday or today. The icon was there but just wouldn’t ‘connect’.
I’m beginning to lose heart with EBay, I sell very little but seem beset with none deliveries and none payers.
