Hi there, our MA submitted our application on 05/08 and we still haven't heard anything either yet. We have gotten our mortgage offer in the mean time also so just waiting on this now, hopefully it won't be much longer!0

We aren't but our buyers are. We were told on the 10th that they had applied but we're waiting on hearing back...still waiting. Seems to be taking a long time at the moment.0

We found out that our buyers have now got their letter through. I don't know exactly when they got this through or applied but it seems to take a couple of weeks at the very least to come through.0

Our award letter came through Friday after almost a month. Not sure how long the next part of the process takes, actually getting the funds moved across to our solicitor. Anyone have any further experience on this?FTB - Scotland - First home fund + 85% LTV
