Bullet points would be better than a 22 minute video.  Try sending a letter (with Certificate of Posting) to their CEO, details at the Ceoemail website.

    - I have a huge bill
    - The house in question, I've sold on 11/02/2019, they still bill me
    - It had prepaid meters
    - Has been always tenanted except of 2 months period where I've topped up the meter
    - I've emailed all documents, land registry transfer form, AST, lettings agent details etc.
    - I'm calling them explaining situation for one and half year at this point. Usually 2 hours on a call.
    Thank you Gerry.
Do I need a paper letter? Isn't email good enough? I've emails to staff from their complaints department.
  • They call me, text me, write letters all the time. This is harassment at this point. Eon has even called me with a scam call claiming that meter in the house is on fire. I assume to get more information from me.

I believe that a letter sent with a Certificate of Posting is deemed to have been delivered.
Sounds like it's time to go to the Ombudsman.

OK, letter with Certificate of Posting it is. I don't have any proves of all my phone calls, only emails. Hence I've started to live stream them. They are trying to scam people, this is impossible for nobody there to understand that I don't own them any money.

Keep it simple and concise, don't send E.On a tome detailing all the shenanigans and to-ing and fro-ings, just bullet points about what you've used, what you've been billed, what you've paid and why you don't owe any more.
The reader needs to understand the basics in under a minute, otherwise it'll be TL;DR.
If you must send chapter and verse, put it in an appendix.
