Changes to my insurance policy

I will be starting my postgraduate studies and will be moving away from home for the year. However, my car will remain at home and I will be coming back home every other month. Of course I need to inform my insurance about the change. My question is, when changing the occupation, do I choose Student - Postgraduate or Student - Living away from home? My permanent address will remain my home address and the car will remain at my home address and will not be with me at the university. Would this affect my insurance in anyway?

Either seems accurate to me. Does it make a difference to the premiums which you pick?
