If you have a refusal when you write the letter for the MR request then you really need to be more specific than this, otherwise it's not going to help your claim.

It really depends some days I can and others I can't I will just wait for my decision letter
PIP looks at what you can do the majority of the time (technically 'more than 50% of the time'). So you need to work out how far you can walk reliably and repeatedly on an average day over time.
On a good day it might be half a mile, but how often is that?
How far can you reasonably walk on a bad day, and how often are those bad days?
What about the average, in-between days and how often are those?
Does it fluctuate with the seasons?

All these things are important for them to be able to make the right decision, and for you to know what the right decision is in your own circumstances. (Don't feel you need to answer those questions here! But just to get you thinking and come to the right conclusions for yourself.)
The mobility descriptors I copied out earlier so once you've really thought about it, you can probably tell which best applies to you having weighed up good/average/bad days.

While you can't do anything official until you have the decision, if it's going to be based on the report then you can get ready now for the case you need to make for what you think you should be entitled to.
  • Unfortunately the issues are : you can physically wash yourself unaided. You can physically prepare a meal for yourself . The issue you describe relating to your mental health issues don’t incur additional expense.
Mobility requires that person cannot walk further than the length of two buses unaided so I half a mile is in excess of that.

If mental health issues mean a person needs supervision or prompting (neither of which are physical assistance) to be able to do the activities then PIP takes that into account.

Also the walking is not as simple as you make out, but it appears OP probably can walk further than would gain any points reliably and repeatedly. (Being able to do something once on one day doesn't mean anything if a person can't do it again for another week or month or whatever.)

I totally disagree with that, sorry. My daughter can physically do everything herself, she can walk perfectly and has no physical conditions at all. She claims Enhanced daily living and Enhanced mobility. She scored points for washing/bathing because she's unable to detect the correct temperature of the water so assistance is needed to make sure the water isn't too hold/cold.
She's also unable to prepare a meal and cook for herself because she doesn't understand how to use a knife, a microwave or the hob and needs assistance from myself to be able to keep her safe and make sure her food is cook properly.

Starting a new thread would have been better than posting on someone else's because it just causes confusion.
With all the "a" boxes ticked it means you haven't scored anything at all so there's no recommendation for an award. Although it's not the final decision but they mostly go with the report.
The writing underneath is the HCP's justification for recommended the box that they ticked.
Once the decision is made, if you're not happy you'll have 1 month from that date to request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) you should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Adding a couple of recent real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.
Have a read of this it will give you more understanding of the descriptors and what they mean.
