Nectar Points Deducted But Not Converted To eBay Voucher

On 24/08/20 I instituted conversion of 30,000 Nectar Points to a £150 eBay Voucher on eBay's website. The points were immediately deducted from my Nectar Account but not converted to a Voucher, with the message 'We're still processing your last request - it'll just take a moment.'  That moment is now 2 days long and still counting. I've used both Nectar and eBay chats and not really getting anywhere other than being told there's some kind of technical issue. Has anyone else had such a problem and was it resolved?

Yes, this happened to me on Sunday 23/08/20.
Spoke to Ebay and Nectar by phone Wednesday (26th) morning. At that time the "it'll just take a moment" message had gone but no voucher had appeared.
Ebay admitted taking the points from my account and failing to create a voucher, saying that "the problem" was still being worked on. Nectar confirmed that the voucher should arrive shortly.
My voucher had arrived this morning (Thursday 27th). I guess that after "the problem" the vouchers are now being issued manually!
Hopefully yours will arrive soon.
