“As I explained to them on the phone for the first time about how do you supply evidence on goods you not received.”

With a receipt or some other proof of purchase...
That would be a neat trick. Providing a receipt for something you didn't buy.
    OP said goods not received.
When you purchase goods you get a receipt.
OP says he never purchased a third item, so unlikely to have a receipt. I suppose he could show them a blank piece of paper.

If I get nowhere I might have to go back to the bank and file a complaint.
Great, complain to the bank when it not their fault.
If you ask nicely the bank will give you the time of the transactions.
But by the time you have finished you will have wasted more than £9 in call costs and time.

Did you get a error on any of the transactions?

If the OP has been charged 3 times but only presented the card twice (getting receipts for those transactions) then, yes, I would be querying this with the card provider and getting them to refund a single £9 transaction.....which one they refund matters not, nor does where they recover their costs from....they will happily write off £9 rather than waste hours of time investigating further.

The person at the bank said to come back if I've had no luck. I rang them first for advice.

It seems like it's time to go back.

Love it when retailers say can not do anything despite it being their fault and to get the bank to sort it.
£9 will be a write off at bank end, so long as rep is prepared to do it. Which many do not like doing, as their managers get arrsey about it. Personally it's not my money so could not careless.
