I booked a flight through Travel unravel and they keep telling me that Emirates will only give me travel vouchers, but when I rang Emirates they have said that they have given Travel unravel my refund. After numerous call and emails I cannot get my money back and they are now ignoring my emails help please.

Were the flights cancelled? Perhaps try a chargeback?  Include any correspondence where you have tried to contact the agents.  

Not knowing the exact circumstances, also check your insurance cover.

Yes my flights were cancelled due to COVID, I have kept all my correspondence, my insurance was the basic cover and does not cover the price of the flight to Australia. It’s just so annoying that Emirates have given them my money back and they won’t give it to me, this as been going on since my flight was cancelled in March.

A quick search suggests they are based in Harrow but since I passed that building for 30 years, there was certainly no travel agency there and indeed the address they give is the accountant's address. Looking at the background, I suspect the whole operation is run from India, all the directors are based there and so I suspect is the call centre. They are not ABTA members but they are TTA members but based on comments on this site in the past, they seem to have no effect when complaints are made. 
On that basis, you should ask Emirates to confirm the date the refund was made to the agency and then made a chargeback claim against the card you used to buy the ticket based on the fact they are holding your funds without authority
