Disposition scotland

I am due to move house on 1 at sept my husband and I divorced 4 years ago and he remained non title deeds as I could not locate him to have him removed however I have since managed to get in contact and my solicitor posted him the disposition form 3 weeks ago which he assures me he signed and returned 10 days ago ... he wants nothing from sale of house as he never contributed for past 30 years and there is very little money left after clearing mortgage and paying relevant fees ...
my solicitor claims she hasn’t received these but it’s always me contacting her she seems totally up phased that we don’t have them
I have sent her 3 emails and left 5 voicemails in last 2 days and she still hasn’t returned my calls
I’m now concerned we can’t complete in time can the sale proceed without disposition and shouldn’t she be as anxious as me to chase this I have proposed resending bu courier t my expense or emailing them so he could print sign and return them but nothing is her response
im getting really annoyed and stressed as only few days remain to do anything
should I ask to speak to senior partner in firm
any advice would be greatly appreciated

No (well, not without going to court).
Have you concluded missives? If not then 1 September isn't (yet) a fixed date.
If you're not satisfied with the service then yes you can contact the designated complaints partner and see if that helps.

    1st Sept is next Tuesday.

I'd be getting in a car with a copy of the damn paperwork, and getting him to sign them face-to-face.
