    If you are no longer together, just reclaim and declare your new address etc, it's as simple as that.

    My adult son who lives with me is on income related ESA and is thinking of switching to UC because it would give him more money. He has no savings.   He is expecting a Pip decision in about six weeks and his ESA is under review, sent in form ages ago.   He is also wanting to look for his own rented accomm so being on UC means he could look and be in a position to claim Housing Costs.    What are the pros and cons of switching, and does a PIP award affect what he would be paid on UC  THANKS

    Please start your own thread with your question. You've asked it on someone else's thread that has a totally different question to yours and this just causes a lot of confusion.
