Hi,
I have been trying since April to contact Lastminute.com, we successfully spoke to someone early on, who confirmed that an email would come to us within a week with refund options. Well, that email never came!
Back in March lastminute.com cancelled our London hotel booking. The hotel was a non-refundable hotel and was booked late February before we realised just how bad COVID was going to be.  Anyway, we called the hotel as we wanted to just move the booking to a later date as we were due to go in April, they informed us that lastminute had already contacted them to cancel the booking - we thought, oh well, we'll get the money back and just book again.
We also had a trip to Paris booked for May, this was cancelled and repaid back within 3 weeks...! so, I am so confused as to why we haven't received the other refund.
I went onto my lastminute.com profile and the booking has now moved into 'past bookings' and has been greyed out....?? If you try to search for it, it says it the booking reference doesn't exist?
I tried to call the free number but that no longer works. So, I thought that I'd try to call the one that costs 13p per minute (which is now free again), this one now says that the phones lines are not operating at the moment and diverts you back to the web - where you literally can't do anything!!! Where has the online support go... surely they can't still be that busy for people to man this?

Can anyone help - I just need a number or an email. I've tried resolver and Twitter, I am  now currently trying to claim it back through my card which is a long process.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!! :)
