Returning to work from furlough

Hi wondering if anyone can help me. My employer is taking me back to work from furlough however changing my job role. Going off next year for maternity leave so presume it must be because of that.
Does anyone know if I can say no? And get my old job role back?

Do not presume, ask why this is happening. Is the new role safer or appears safer for you in your condition? If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Agreed. Saying it's because of maternity leave is the same as accusing the employer of unfair discrimination. If the role held was made redundant and they found an alternative suitable post to prevent a redundancy then they have followed the correct process and the fact the post holder is pregnant is irrelevant.lincroft1710 said:Do not presume, ask why this is happening.0
