Refund via Netflights

We were due to go to Oz but flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. We have successfully received a refund from Singapore airlines however our flights with Etihad have not. We booked the later via netflights. We have had several conversations with netflight assuring us we will get our money. Last week we received an email from them saying it would be back in our acc within 2 days. Just spoken to them and that email is wrong and they haven’t had any money, we have to call back in NOV!!!!!!! Anyone else had problems or success???? HELP please, we need the money back!!!!!!!

Etihad are taking forever with refunds, and Netflights won't refund until they have the money back from them - unfortunately it's just a waiting game.
I'm currently 30 days into the 120 day wait for a refund with Virgin Atlantic
